You're the one that asked the question.

A router can play a part in VLAN's however, if you want to setup VLAN trunking you would need to configure the subinterfaces on the primary interface port on the router.
 
My router supports VLANs

You create them by whatever means you can, through the switches firmware and their interfaces. It depends on the switch.

Exactly, I believe you would need to have a managed switch as well in order to implement VLAN's on the switch.

Or a controller that controls the switch, there are more than one way to set it up, but yeah you are right.
 
the router will allow the VLANs to talk to eachother. you will need to create a route from one subnet to the other on the router, e.g. 192.268.1.0 routes to 192.168.50.0

a switch can only operate on one VLAN unless it is capable of operating on multiple VLANs. if it is capable you need to specify the VLAN ID on the switch.

I postet the question and than i read in internet that it can't be made because the router operates at level 3 and the switch on level 2

P.S. the question how to make a subinterface is still there...

what subinterface do you mean, VLAN is a concept. are you expecting to use this as dynamic DHCP or static ip addressing?

There are many ways to manage your VLANs, the question should be why do you need VLANS, QoS, running out of IP addresses or what?

yes/no a switch can also be layer 3 but they are the business class. but how to do it really depends on how you are setting it up

Cisco switch (IOS) ...
I have a vlan on the cisco and wan't to make a sub interface on the juniper so a can allow it on it...
