How to make an .iso file

I have tried Nero Bruning ROM and Poweriso and still I can not get it to work.:confused:
Yes, I am using the trail versions of both programs.

I am trying to make an .iso of a game and then mount it to a virual cd/dvd drive so I don't have to keep putting the cd into the drive everytime I want to play it.

But, is there any kind of software out there that will let me copy the disk to an .iso even though it's copy protected.:confused::mad:

The game I'm trying to copy is Age of Empire III.

I will even purchase it the software if need to!;)

If the disk is copy protected then you aren't meant to make copies of it. Discussing this any farther is against forum rules.
