How to make USB bootable device

Hi , anyone knows how to make USB bootable device or can share a tool with us? I have a 128M USB flash memory and expect to boot my pc from it. From its supplier it supports USB zip mode. Look forward to your views...
 
I do not know if this works but it ought to, just copy the files from an ordinary boot-floppy disk. After that paste them into the root folder of your USB. When the computer boots it will find autoexec.bat and config.sys in the USB and load the DOS .

Note : I supposed that your computer supports usb booting and that you configured your bios settings accordingly
 
I formated USB in Win98 as a system disk and configured my BIOS and selected boot from USB ZIP or USB HDD. When USB ZIP booted fail and USB HDD many random characters appeared in pc screen.
I read relative hlp docu and get that boot from USB is to simulate USB floppy as USB. But I don't know how USB devices get drivers when pc is trying to boot from them.
