Anyway???? can i make my ram do less work as my % is like 69% witch is loads making my computer slow but the weird thing is i have like 4gb ram witch is more then enough for windows vista 32bit any hell will be appreciated.

Was your RAM usage so big when you installed Windows Vista?

With 4GB of RAM you shouldn't be even looking at RAM usage.
Vista handles RAM in different way, than previous Windows version.

Long story short, it'll CACHE all available RAM, having it ready for use.
If your computer is slow, it must be caused by something else.
What you should check is CPU usage.
Download Process Explorer: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx
Unzip ProcessExplorer.zip, and double click on procexp.exe to run the program.
Click on View > Select Colunms.
In addition to already pre-selected options, make sure, the Command Line is selected, and press OK.
Go File>Save As, and save the report as Procexp.txt.
Attach the file to your next reply.

ok so your saying 4gb is more then enuff but im using 32bit only using 3gb
and my processor isnt doing nothing only like 30% well thats what is shows on the vista gage or is that bullshit ?
