How to merge partitions

I am trying to merge to partitions together using ****** Partition Master and keep getting an error "System partition or Boot partition only can be set as destination".

ANy help or tips would be very much appreciated. Lack of memory on the C:\ is killing me.

I'm curious on how to do that. All i knew was to delete partitions then assigning new size of partition. Didn't think it was possible to merge partitions.

you can do with disk management built into windows. always built into pro and higher i know of. Just a slider up and down or add partition. Im not familiar with the program he's using though. you can check at start run, disk management. you can delete, create or change size or at least i can with 7 pro.
