I have suspect on my employees that they not give their best performance and play with confidential data of company so i want to keep an eyes on my employees without their knowledge.

Others will be able to help with this area. One thing though. My employer set the rules one time. What you can do and what you better not do. Zero tolerance, no negotiation your fired. There was no 2nd chance.

I'm sure this is not legitimate, I have a feeling you just want to spy on someone else's computers.

no one on this site can help you, no matter if your doing it as a network administrator or not.
