how to move internet card

I bought a new video card but in order to install it i need to move my wifi/internet card. There are two more identical slots next toteh one it is in but when i move the card to one of those slots i cannot boot up my computer. Do ineed to do something in bios or what?
 
It's possible that the other slots are bad. Is this an older computer? Not sure if resetting the cmos would help in this case. However, unplug the cord from the power supply and remove the round battery from the motherboard, then press the power button on the case a few times to discharge any remaining power. Put the card in one of the other slots then put the battery back in and reconnect power. Try booting up and see what happens.
 
You are very welcome, I'm actually surprised that worked for you. I figured the other slots were bad.
