How To: Online Radio?

Hey I'm just curious how to go about setting up an online radio station, what's involved and how much it costs to do this and run it?

I'm in New Zealand BTW.

Get WINAMP, and then download Shoutcast.....you can set up a free online radio...and people who visit the shoutcast site, and see your radio station might go into it and check it out....Make your radio station stand out from the rest :)
 
Well yes he could do that...but he could easily just use that program just to...iono...Practice :o or something... theres no real harm on using....there are tons of people who use it :D
