How to overclock a HIS Radeon 9800pro (128)??

I am wondering how i can overclock my HIS Radeon 9800pro 128mb. Do i need any programs??

this is usually done in the bios, you have to have a mobo that supports is, what kind of board do you have?

I'm assuming this is a Video card and not onboard video. As for ATi cards I do believe you do need a 3'rd party overclocking utility such as this http://www.techpowerup.com/atitool/ , there are a few out there so google about. You'd be wasting your time going into the bios.
