how to overclock radeon 9600

I got a radeon 9600 and just downloaded rivatuner and 3dmark03. I am not a registry wiz so i was wondering what places should i change to overclock my card without damaging it
 
Download ATI Tool. it allows you to change the core/memory speeds and scan for artifacts.

I dont know what your talking about, I use ATI Tool to oc my 9600XT and it stays overclocked.

probably, because in ATI Tool there is an option to remove the "clock lock" on those series cards.
