How to overclock this memory?

OK i have ddr2 800mhz.Corsair xms2 6400 5-5-5-12 timings.

Now i would like to know if i would overclock it would it increase some performance in my system?And how do overclock this ram like the timings and the mhz i dont know much about ram.I have a p5w deluxe motherboard.
 
thoe timins are mighty loose, maybe look around on the net and see if you can find anyone using those specific moduls and whet they could squeeze out of them
 
Overclocking generally boosts system performance, but may lead to instability as well.

As for how to overclock it, I suggest reading the "Sticky's" for this section, as well as the ones in the Memory section of the forums.
 
ram speed helps minimally with system performance.
cpu overclocking is a better way to go.

read overclocking 101 though, it should help a lot.
