How to partition hard drive

How do i partition my 200gig hdd can i do it through the xp setup (i have'nt got xp yet but asking ahead so i know when i install it) if so how? i would like 3 partitions c: (main) d: e:

Do you have to have the curtain letter or can you choose from d to z?

you can do it in windows xp installation setup, u cant change the letter.

u can try disk management from your MMC
It not hard to use and it comes with windows XP
