how to play Playstation games on a PC

I was wondering if yall knew how to play Playstation gmaes one a computer?
and how to do it

i heard that u coulld from somewhere

He just said he wanted to play PS games, you won't need a PS2 emulator to play PS1 games. And I don't believe there are any emulators for PS2 yet that can play more than a couple of the 'selected' games, same for Xbox and GC.
 
I believe that you need the game in your dvd drive, and then run the emulator, thats all i know lol
 
You need a emulator and you can from and find .iso file of the games they are called ISO's and you can load them with a emulator or run it from your CD. i sugestion the buy the freaken game though....

lol, sorry :P I didn't read it properly, i just assumed he meant PS2...the .ISO files may also come as a .BIN with a .CUE... Usually, you select the .CUE file, which tells the program (in this case the PS1 Emulator) how to run it. The .CUE and .BIN filenames should be exactly the same too.

P.S. Basically, an ISO or a BIN file, is an "Image" of the original CD ;)
 
ive done it before, used an emulator but forgot what it was and had the cd in my drive but it was rly laggy, migh have just been the comp tho

The only time i ever use an emulator, is to play super nintendo games or nintendo games or sega games, that I CAN NOT find in a game store(used game store also applys) in a 20 mile raduis.

It's not even like it saves that much money, especaily with a Iso, the time it takes to find oene you could go and mow the whole 1 and oh my god maybe a whole 2 lawns?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? to pay for it.and have left over cash.

We have answered your question. You need to go and find an emulator. Check out www.google.com . There have been a million different threads about this and other emulators, so go check those out.
