How to position PSU?

I have this case and I was wondering how I should position the power supply. It goes on the top, so my options would be to have the PSU fan face upwards, and take in air from the top. It'd be cooler, but there'd be an issue of dust getting in. Or I can position it so the fan is down, but it'd be a little hotter. Which one would you do?

Sorry to be the contrarian, but with PSUs you always want the air to be the coolest as possible. So id do the opposite the guys ...
