How to re download incomplete RAR file on desktop

Hi,

Was downloading a RAR file on TOR browser, it saves the file to my desktop , after awhile my laptop goes to sleep in the night where then after hitting the power button its just a blank screen, this happens all the time, I just hit the power button to restart the laptop and all is fine, however in doing so (have no choice) it clears all the download history from the tor browser after you restart the laptop so I cant resume download. However the partial downloaded file is on my desktop, is there anyway to prompt a re-download of the file somehow? Thanks in advance

Is your laptop in trouble?, you should check again. Now you should increase your laptop's running time before going to sleep. When you press the power button directly to restart all current data on the laptop that is not saved will be lost
