how to reboot computer..??

hey guys... i just change new motherboard... asus ... i know when we change new motherboard we have to reboot the computer...

but to me, i just get started about the computer... can someone teach me how to reboot the computer.. plz...:confused:
 
Well, first and foremost, you'll need to have your Operating System's CD. What do you use, Windows?

Place the CD into the Drive and reboot the computer. Boot from the CD (either enter BIOS and change Boot Device Priority or just hit the F-key that allows you to select where to boot from) and then just follow the instructions.
 
now my computer work fine until i try to install audio diver.... it say `audio failure` i`m using asus P5KPL-VM.... is it the motherboard or the driver is the problem...


one more thing, i also try the download driver on the internet.. it show the same result... :( now what should i do...:confused:

:)hay thats easy just push reset button if computer hand, or click start menu, click shutdown and select restart computer.

That's odd. Are you using on-board sound or do you have a sound card? If on-board, what about the MoBo's Driver CD that came with it? It should have it on there. Once the Windows installation was started, did any errors or problems occur during it?

i'm using on-board sound... firstly i try to install using the cd... and all the driver i manage to install except audio driver.... and then i try the audio driver that i download from the internet.. but it still can't install...

and about the window i'm not sure...

That's really odd. Hmm...try calling the MoBo Tech Support and see if they have any ideas? Other than that, depending on how long it will take or how much trouble it is for you, I'd try formatting everything and reloading Windows again.

i just formatting everything n reloading Windows again just ie you said but using diferent window cd ..... now my computer work fine.....:) thanks imsati... l own you one..:P
