How to recover encrypted hidden folder by "Hide files and folders"?

My bad to try this software (www.softstack.com/hff.html) to hide an important folder in drive D, then I gotta reinstall the operating system for a hard-to-solve trouble. When I reinstall the software, I just could not see my folder any more. Please help me, I need those 2GB data back

I'm sorry but that is not what I need. I did not delete it, it is still there but hidden.
