How to recover lost data from Windows PC hard drive?

You can get back your lost data from hard drive, with the help of any third party recovery program like- Remo Recover. This software recovered all my lost data from my hard disk within few minutes. You can get more information about recovery programs on Google.

hi all
john has been helping me with rogue stuff and lot of odd programs - redirects etc etc
anyways this is regarding freeing up space in hard drive when using a data recovery program
if you have tooo many docs duplicates- over GB's of when use data recovery and they are fairly recent - yet the docs you need to recover are prior to that - however the duplicates are taking up all the space almost-
if you delete the duplicates - will it overwrite on the free space and you loose the old docs you really need
and how if it does not overwrite the ones you need do you get rid of the duplicates, as the data recovery programs only recovery them
