How to recover overwritten images?

Hello. I took some pictures with my camera, and saved them in a folder. Then, I erased the pictures from the camera, took some other pictures later. The thing is that the camera saved the pictures with the same names, so they got overwritten when I saved them in the same folder as the old ones.

Now, each time I open the folder, I see the old pictures' preview, but when I open them, the new picture appears.

Something tells me that my computer has the old pictures somewhere else. Is there any way I can recover them?

Hmm..., if you haven't deleted the new pictures yet, you could try rolling back the computer to a date that had the pictures on there...

You can recover them if are very important photos.
Are companies that do this but not for free.
They can recover overwrite file if you send the hard disk to them.
Search on google.
