How to Refill Toner

Hi All,

I have an HP Laserjet 1020 and i want to know the process to refill the Toner 12A. Could any one tell the process that how to refill toner :) .

I dont know if you can refil this catridge, or toner.. but I pulled the pages for you which show how to redistribute the toner...
