How to reformat windows 7 ultimate N without installation cd or sys restore ?!? Help

Hi,

So I sort of messed up the work computer and need some advice.

Nothing is working and I know I need a complete reinstall. However, I have not made a reinstall disc (is there a setting I can use to create one that can restore to OEM condition as in, no other programs installed but windows etc).

I tried doing a system restore, but of course, it only goes back one day (even when I click show additional, and I need a restore of a couple of days at least as the one day didn't help my cause after trying).

Any ideas?

Is there any program I can download for free that can reformat my windows? Or, is there any download that I can get from maybe thepiratebay that I can mount to my cd/dvd drive that will let me download a complete reinstall disc?

Can anyone point me to the right direction or help?

Also, if I can reinstall it, will I need my cd key? If so, is that the number that is listed in control panel > system & security > system, windows activation, product ID??

Thanks so much for any help anyone!

p.s. there is no D partition or whatever

Most work computers have policies in placed. I suggest that you turn it over to your IT support/depart specially if you are not sure of what you're doing.

No IT dept. By work I just mean I'm not there now, will be there on Monday.

Wtf, it says Windows 7 Ultimate or WIndows 7 N?

The one I need is Windows 7 Ultimate N

:S

AND COA = ???? Aghh

And when I download these iso images I can mount them to my DVD drive then burn them (from a separate computer)???
Or do I just mount them to that computer (and not burn them) and then restart ?? fml

Download any of the N versions then just make a universal disc.

And all you do to burn the ISO is burn it to a DVD with ImgBurn.

P.S. Your COA is on the bottom of your computer (if it's a laptop) or on the side of the tower if it's a desktop.

Thanks! Appreciate the help. And I will probably have to use that program to find my COA as listed above because on the tower windows xp professional is listed, but it now has ultimate N so I'm guessing that is old

Thx! Will try all this asap
