How to remove North Bridge

How to remove North Bridge in intel DP965LT motherboard???
Like in the picture

I think what you meant is that you want to remove the northbridge heatsink. Try pushing the heatsink down and popping the clip off. You might also have to reach the back of the motherboard and push the pin out.
