How to remove this Trojan/virus?

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\cl_due.sys
C:\WINDOWS\system32\cl_due.dll

I got bother by this because I got to see the warning message everytime i start my window.

I have quarantined the cl_due.sys and delete it, but it will automatically created a new one which also infected.

but i can't quarantine the cl_due.dll neither remove it

I use McAfee and also BitDefender.

Please help. A lot thanks.
 
You can generally remove programs in safe mode that you can't in normal mode as it uses minimal resources and only runs integral programs, i.e. viruses generally can be deleted as they wont have begun running yet
