How to see what hardware you have

Hello computer forum, is there a program out there that can tell me exactly what kind of hardware I have, such as RAM pin and CPU and Graphics card?
 
WELCOME!There is Everest Ultimate.CPU-z,GPU-z which are free programs.CPU-z also tells you your ram model plus motherboard model.
 
If you have XP, you can right click on desktop backround, then click properties, then click the settings tab. It will tell you your monitor and GPU. As for CPU and how much RAM you have (it doesn't specifically tell you which type) Start-->Settings-->Control Panel-->System.
