how to solve it???

hi everybody.....

im use a compaq presario 3164AU. the problem is, after refomat, i can't install my audio system. it's a High definition audio system.

when i install it, an error box appear show "Driver Installation Failed: Could not find the MEDIA device for this driver" so can anyone please help me solve this problem??? Please!!!!!!

Did you download the drivers off Compaq's website?

Must be the problem with driver.
try downloading compatible driver.
