Being in a country outside of the US, I'm starting to believe I'd have a good chance at starting my own webhosting company which would be reliable for my fellow countrymen. But would businesses here even care whether or not a webhost is local or not?
So how would I start? Do I just buy one webserver to start this company? Is there specific webhosting computer code that I, as the busienss owner, should require myself to know? (business antics can be handled so nevermind that part) ...
