how to swap the main hard drive with a bigger one ?

Good morning,
I would like to substitute the main hard drive (with the OS ) with a 480gb ssd.
Where do I start ? how to reinstall the OS and how many things do I have to reinstall as a default ?

When going from a standard hard drive to an SSD as your boot drive you will need to start fresh and reinstall windows. You can install windows and a few of your most used programs on the SSD and put all others on the regular hard drive along with all your personal documents and stuff. When you install programs make sure you do a custom install and direct the install to your standard hdd as programs will install to your SSD by default.
