Well atm i have a topic open weather to see if i can run this game i have called Warhammer, im buying a new pc and the Processor and RAM exceeds the requirements by alot so im not worried about that, but my graphics card isnt all that good, however when im buying a graphics card, what do i exactly have to look for to let me know that the graphics card is good? like core clock? or memory clock? or Video memory or what? idk  Please help, and Thanks! :P

Honestly, I'd suggest simply looking around for benchmarks. While some sites may skew the results towards a specific card, you can typically get a fairly good idea looking over various sites which cards perform better overall. You may even luck out and find a site that uses Warhammer as a benchmark.

Well first you need to know what kind of M/B you're gettin' on order to know your expansion capabilities, and if you have an open pcie x16 slot whether or not it runs at full x16 and not like x8 I assume you'd be getting an integrated chip..
If you have the money I would get a newer Nvidia card as to prolong the time b4 it is outdated. Like the gtx 260, you can get one for like 200..
the 8800 has gone down in price since the 9 series came out soo, there is also that, those will play most games, but they arent real new, and will no doubt be obsolete soon.
I dont know a whole lot about ATI cards so I'd ask someone else on that..

lol my budget isnt that high, im not looking to spend more then 100 for a GC, what i dont get is that my GC cost 110 but my friend had pointed me out to a site that thier was GC that cost 70 and was way better then mine, i dont understand.

Atm i got Radeon 256 mb 2400 HD.

it depends where you buy it for the price, for 100 i would go with like a 9800gt you could get that for 114 from newegg
