How to transfer from Safe Mode to Normal Mode ?

My desktop P.C was not used for 5 years. Now it doe not start in Normal Mode. it only start in Safe Mode.
Can somebody give me instructions how to switch to Normal Mode while the computer is working in Safe Mode. Windows 7.

What happens when you try booting to normal mode? Usually when this happens, you have malware that won't let it boot to normal mode. You can try doing a system restore back to when it was working providing the restore points are still there.

Mom, just had this problem. I figured it was malware or some virus since internet web pages loaded sluggishly, programs wouldn't open or shut down, and the antivirus program was disabled along with the software firewall. Had to create a rescue CD from TrendMicro and got it back up and running and then ran a thorough clean of the system.
