How to trick your build-in camera to broadcast your dekstop?

Hello, my name is Bogdan. I have a question, how to trick your build-in camera?

When I video chatting on Skype (facetime) I would like the camera to broadcast my desktop instead of me.

How to modify to files, so the camera would broadcast my desktop instead of my face?
