How to use onekey recovery if can't boot

I knew how to use onekey recovery in Lenove g501 laptop with windows 8 OS when laptop is on.
Now, my laptop can't turn on, how to use onekey recovery?

If there is no power whatsoever to the laptop, then that is a problem. If can't turn on means something else then please specify exactly what you mean.

Two things strike me. First, I would think you would need specific Onekey Recovery software for your specific computer. Second, If your hard drive has packed up Onekey Recovery wont work. The software should be on the recovery partition of your laptop but if it isn't or you cannot boot into Windows Then the software is available to download from Lenovo, apparently.
