How to use TV as Monitor?

Hi Friends
I have Athlon 3200+ on ASUS motherboard (939 socket). Please suggest me, how I can use my LG FLATRON 21" TV set as PC Monitor? What additional hardware would serve the purpose? Can a TV Tuner serve the purpose? If yes, then please suggest the details of that.

A Tv Tuner lets you watch tv on your computer, so thats no good. What graphics card do you have? because most of them nowdays have tv out capability

I was thinking more along the lines of a VGA to RCA connector...


Maghvendra, does your TV have composite in connections (three RCA jacks)?
