I have this External Cd-rewriter, its Asus. Since i no longer use it i want to open it...hmmm..but i don't know how..lol.and yet im a technician..
It doesn't have any scews anywhere on the box.
I just want to get it open so i can get the power and usb panel, so i can use to connect hard drives with

help greatly appreciated

its a good idea but i don't want to smash it open. Just remove the cover gently.its been an hour already

hey i got it ..thanks.On both sides,left+right, there's 4 small square thingy.Its quite small so you need a very slim screw driver.I pressed it down and it opened up..lol....AND NOW BACK TO WORK
