What other parts are you using? Like, you said you were upgrading....what are the parts that you're not upgrading that these three new parts will be working with?

I already have a 300gb seagate and 80gb maxtor, both are ide..as well as two ide optical drives. So Im going to have to buy a ide to sata converter as well. Right now I have a radeon 9600xt agp card, which obviously wont work with that motherboard. Thats why I got a motherboard with onboard video until i have enough money to buy a new pci-e video card. Can anyone recommend what kind of fan/heatsink I should get for the e6400? I plan to overclock, but not too much.

I would recommend getting the E6300, and then using that money to put towards at least a basic video card, like the x1300 or 7300, that way you can still play games in the meantime, because you cant with integrated.

get a ausus mobo ive had bad experices with gigabye and it will be easier to oc
hehe asus isnt home free that easily :P They've got issues too (P5B DLX WiFi + OCz Gold EL GX DDR2-667 = no post ... and its not just one or two cases either ;))
