How would you rate this overclock?

Stock is 1600mhz, Voltage for new clocked speed is 1.65v and I'm using Copper cooling without any heatpipes. Thus meaing if I get better cooling than I can hit more

It's a great overclock for a Sempron, since they arent known to overclock too too far.

It's not because of the heat, it's the way they are designed. There not meant to handle such high clock speeds.

And if you look at the world records, you will see that the Sempron and Athlon64 line arent the best overclockers, when compared to P4's and Core 2 Duo's.

yea well Core 2 are 65nm so overclocking is very easy on them.

Not just that they are 65nm but their design too.
