how would i hook three monitors up to two ports
i have 2 now..and i came upon a third lcd i want to hook up

is there any splitter or something of that nature?

You can get a splitter to achieve that, but i dont advise it because the result is really awful. You wont get nearly as good picture quality.

Dont quote me on this, but I believe you could just buy a cheap video card and use two at one time. Have two monitors on one card and the third on the second card

There is a splitter, however it just clones the screens, it can't be used to extend on 3 monitors.

Exactly!^^^^

If you want to extend your desktop to the third monitor you will need another video card. They make dual and quad head cards so you go crazy if you want to. You can even get a usb video card (we used them on laptops) to drive the third monitor but they are a little jumpy.

They also make a double head to go. But your graphics card has to be able to handle the resolution.
