Right-click the desktop--select properties--settings and there should be the name of your video card.

A program such as Everest Home will tell you much about your PC, including how much RAM your video card has. Run the program, and look under Display--Windows Video--Memory size.

the first is your monitor, and im pretty sure the other is your video card. So according to that, you have an Intel intergrated video card. To find out for sure, click run, then type dxdiag, then video, and it will tell you the type of card and the size.

Is this an OEM PC? If so, Everest won't tell you diddlycrap about your mobo, try Sisoft Sandra, or CPUz
