Absolutely horrible ... that is if you can even log into a server. I finally got connected and there was like 5 players in there. You can not pick which server to join...it just puts you in one. The graphics are not even close what the actual game is...looks like Playstation 2 stuff. The game play is horrible also. I played it for about 40 minutes to see if it might grow on me. I will never again in my life try and play Far Cry 2 multiplayer again.

I played one level where it is a desert landscape at night. There was a guy in there who was sniping us as soon as we spawned. I am talking like 30+ times in a row. The most fun I actually had was trying to get out of his cross hairs as soon as I spawned. I made it maybe 100 meters once:D I finally got bored of that after 10 minutes and left.

That is the only time and last time I played.
 
Its horrible,Dont bother.

Getting into a server isnt bad actualy and theres quite a few players,But the gameplay truely sucks.
You instantly get shot down by the spawn campers when you join a map,the aiming system is crap too.....not like single player.

Its basicly like Crysis multiplayer....

Shame realy because this game had alot of potential with its nice graphics,i do enjoy both FC2 and Crysis single player but i wont even play the Multi again.:cool:
 
I didnt bother buying FC 2 after all the bad reviews.Its a shame to ,as I loved Far cry 1 and it was the FPS that turned me on to FPS's .Excellant game with great graphics for the time it came out and even a well done SP campaign with a good storyline. :(
 
Only played MP on 360. Cant get MP to work for my PC. Keep getting kicked in lobby by PB. Something about PNKBSTR communication restriction or something. Games patched, and everything is updated. So I gave up trying.


Its a typical TDM game...
