hows my hard drive?

mine is in red. i am having issues with my new rig and it's basically having little stutters in games when i go through a door or into a big open area. i'm trying to troubleshoot the problem, but don't really know how to...but i think this program helps. apparently my hard drive, even though it is 7200rpm speed rated, it's actually only running at 5400 rpms???? i mean seriously, the description on the drive says 7200 but sisandra shows it at 5400 rpms.

also is a 17ms random access time and 41.29mb/s reading probably enough to cause the problems i'm experiencing in games? also it's IDE. thanks for the help!

If you are palying games that dnamically load content as you move around (like oblivion) then that could be why it's stuttering but if it's game that loads everything before you start playing then it will be something else.
