How's this 730$ budget build?

It's actually 732$, but that's cool with me. Please, tell me if this is good. I honestly could care less about future upgrades, as long as any of the parts won't get bottlenecked. Oh, and if everything fits in the case. :D

Put the CM Seidon in the rear and move the rear fan to the front. Ditch the fan that comes with the Seidon and replace it with the BitFenix fan. Much quieter and looks nicer.
You will have excellent airflow and cooling, so you can easily crank the CPU up to 4.6-4.8GHz and keep it cool.

OP, Overspending on the case and lacking on the motherboard. Go with a Rose will Galaxy-01 ($30 AR) and upgrade to a ATX board. Go with a cheaper 270X also.

Jinnixs is nice but don't spend that much on RAM just for looks.
 
They are $7 more than crap 1333MHz RAM, and the quality is outstanding with lifetime warranty - and the case is windowed. I consider that a good deal for $7 extra.
I edited the build a bit after you posted, so you might not have noticed.

Ah, I see, so I'm going to be overclocking the hell outta this bitch.
Liquid cooling is a little scary for me, though, this is my first PC build.
Also, the R9 270x is the same price but better performance, so why not go with that card instead?

Go with the 270X. Most people don't realize its a better card. And for water coolgng, its closed loop so all you do is screw one part in (the radiator) to a fan mount, and the other on the CPU. No hooking tubes up or leaks or anything like that.
 
Don't worry about this type of liquid cooling. Out of all the Corsair H100/H100i's they've sold, around 12 have had leaks. The only thing that breaks are the fans and pumps. Not sure about Coolermaster, but should be around the same. And both have sold many.
It's not a custom loop, it's prefitted and all, you just mount it at a fan spot and put the block on the CPU, just like any other air cooler.
The GTX 760 is equal or just a tad better, but they're really close. It depends on the resolution you play. Either card will be just fine, and ASUS does really makes some excellent coolers.

Huh, thanks PCUnicorn. I need windows 7, anyways, so that build really can't do.
I don't see how I can improve my current build, though, without breaking 730$... any other suggestions?

hey, uh, is that Trinity FM2 processor going to fit into an AM3+?
if not, any other recommendations for an 80$ processor that would fit in that mobo?

You won't be able to get any OC out of that board. It's A55 and has no VRM/MOSFET coolers. The OP's original build was way better, especiallys after the advice I gave him.

OP, if you can afford this after the Rosewill Galaxy and cheaper 270X, get this:

If you could up the price to $760, you could get this: Thermaltake WATER 2.0 Pro: $40 ($30 off and $25 rebate) and overclock the CPU a lot.

The R9 270 is a great overclocker. Combine that with an ASUS OC card and it'll easily OC to 270X performance.

I guarantee that the board would be able to hold the OC I said. 200-400MHz is nothing on these APUs.
This board: GA-G31M-S2L is able to hold a Q6600 gone from 2.4GHz to 3.0GHz and RAM from 667MHz to 832MHz without a problem. You are seriously underestimating cheap items from quality brands, Unicorn.
