Any good??

for $1800, you should be able to get the superior E6600.

Oh and that PSU is probably not that good, so I reconmend that you can a namebranded one.

Also, why not just build it yourself? I see you have the "standard 1 year parts and labor".

Got a diff setup... looks better

My main priorities are Burning Dvd Music Videos which means converting files an such. Also im looking to watch and play hdtv and ps3 on the computer monitor. Basically I want a perfect dorm room computer for next year.

Should be good, but as stated above, you could build that yourself for significantly less money. There are excellent guides here as to how to build it, and other ones on the internet, and it will even be cheaper if you buy the parts and bring them to a local computer shop and ask them to build it for you.

But if you've got enough money that you don't care....should be a pretty good comp.

really can you guide me to building myself. Im pretty computer fluent im sure i could handle it I was involved in that whole cisco academy back in the day.

looked over the guides looks easy enough but i looked over pricewatch for the same components as i had in my last setup and i dont really see any price reduction. Everything looks the same price as the full system setup maybe you can show me otherwise?

yeah i think im just going to get it all built... but one more question. Whats a better setup 2 250gb hard drives with raid 0 or 1 500gb harddrive.
