how's this for a cheap build ?

would it be better to use the MSI with 6150 graphics or to use this combo

MSI K9VGM-V Socket AM2 VIA K8M890 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard (how does this VIA Chrome9 compare to 6150 ? )
and
MSI NX6200TC-TD128ELF Geforce 6200TC Supporting 256MB(128MB on board) 64-bit DDR PCI Express x16 Low Profile Video Card

it would raise my budget about 20.00 but if its worth it i would.
