Hows this overclock look?

Your temps are good, voltage is ok... you are ready for 4.5GHz! ;P
I would bump the voltage about 0.050v more then run cinebench or something fast and stressing.
If your screen freezes or you get a blue screen, try to up the voltage by small amount until you can run the bench without an error. After that run prime and watch your temps to not exceed 85c, best is to stay below 75c.
If you can run the bench directly w/o errors do it the other way around and lower it by small amounts until you get an error, then up it again and run prime and the rest of the stuff I said.
Overclocking is fairly easy lol.

i think the vore can go done at little bit.
try 1.230v i did 47 on 1.255vcore, but not every chip is the same,
80 i think is a little hot, i want the go not over 75 degrees with stress testing.
of course i,m talking also abouth a 3570k, not the 4670k i have now.

80's not too bad at 100% load at 4.5GHz, admittedly it's slightly on the toasty side though. How often is your PC going to be at 100% load? If the answer is 'often', you might want to see if you can reduce the temperature a bit by slightly reducing the voltage or as you say, by checking your cooler.
If you can get it down to 75 or 70, that would be a bit more ideal. So long as it doesn't get any hotter than 80 or 85 though, you'll be OK.

I don't think the temps are out of control for that voltage. 22nm chips are a bit harder to cool.

Yes, however, my case got the worst airflow possible but I keep my temps under 70c at 4.7Ghz. (silver arrow sb-e with extreme ed. fans)
So I think you should try lowering the voltage and maybe re-apply the thermalpaste, because ivy and sandy bridge have a difference in temps when overclocked, but not that big. + you can compare your cooler to mine in terms of cooling performance.

Agreed, he might be able to lower it. The point that I was making was that 80c when stress testing is not something to freak out over like 80c when gaming would be.
