I think you can get a better one for that amount of money.
Sapphire Radeon 9600 128Mb 128-bit DDR AGP 4x/8x 58$
If you can spare 12$ you could get that, it's a nice card for the price in my oppinion.

The card you picked out has a 64-bit memory bus which is going to cripple the performance a bit and lower core clock speed.

I suggest saving up your money for atleast a $100 video card. Post your system specs too. I bet you got some change inside your piggy bank that you can use...

The Radeon 9600 is far better than the GeForce 6200TC in my oppinion. TC=TurboCache, which means that it uses a part of the computers memory for its own use. And it has a 64-bit memory interface which, yet again, will cripple the performance. But I'll let other people make suggestions.
