Ok lets start From the Top(good idea huh)
I have 4 Dell computers. 2 desktop 2 laptop
I have a Dell Deimention 4300 (old!)
I have a Dell Optiplex GX260(main)
I have a Dell Latitude D600(work)
and
I have a Dell Isprion 910.
From here on out i will use the Numbers
I would like to hook the 910,D600 and GX260 up to the 4300. I am currently only using the 4300 for games and want to hook the other 3 computers up to it to play the games on it. The 4300 also has a EIDE DVD ROM which i would like to use with other computers that do not have the DVD ROM.(the GX260 only has a CD ROM and some CDs dont even work in it!) I would like to know if i can do this, and if so 1)What I would Need 2)Step by Step Instructions in dummy terms (i am good with computers but i suck at networking)

If this information is relevent i connect to the internet with a router Siemens Gigaset SE567.

The Dell Laptops D600 and 910, Hopefully connect via Wireless
 
You will not be able to use this the way you want to. Trying to play games on other systems that do not have a cdrom by using a cdrom on another system will be very laggy and won't work. Your better off buying a usb external cdrom and using that on the other machines.

Is there anyway i can use this computer (the Dimention) as a "host" hooking the other 3 computer up to it via internet
 
You are better off getting a wireless router and hooking up the other computers that way, as you'll have wireless or 4 wired ports to hook up to.
 
Sorry, I didn't know. Then its just a matter of hooking up ethernet cables up to the modem/router if the other systems doesn't have wireless.

not yelling its ok- i did not clarify earlier......and should of...........

How do i do all this is what i am asking? Setting up the other computers to hook into it
 
Just make sure all the other machines are set to receive IP address automatically from the dhcp server(router) and then just hook ethernet cables up to the network cards in the machines.

OK I did somewhat what i wanted. I ended up doing a Network:( But now my question is can I Install a game onto one of the network sharing folders and play it on the other computers?
