hey all we have a hp 4600dn at school and the fuser roller has 2 holes in it.. this is making marks in the paper when it go's through .. we have tryed pulling it out to have a look at it before the new one gets here but we couldnt do it. we have read the manual it says undo blue screws and pull up we have done this but it is not moving at all.. does anyone else have a 4600 and have done it before?
