HP desktop will not run or install any anti virus

my girlfriends brother has got a desktop that has got so many viruses worms and such that it takes forever to boot and will not install ANY antivirus or maleware spyware programs, yes i tried the hijack and malewarebytes nothing will install and come to find out somebody installed the windows security thing just the trial when i got on it all of window defender was shut off including the firewall

they play alot of online poker i figured thats where the viruses and stuff came from looking at formating the HD and a fresh install any info without having to do that would be greatly appreciated if not its cool its not my computer LOL

Download combofix to a usb flash drive. Boot the infected computer to safe mode and run combofix and then post the logfile back here. Get combofix and follow the instructions here..
