Try going into menu and opening a tool called "software source" once that opens there should be a tab fro drivers. Click on it and see if it shows you any driver needing to be installed. You can install all needed drivers through there and the reason why it does not do these drivers by default is because they are proprietary drivers. Should look something like this, mine doesn't show anything cause I got lucky with my notebook not needing any proprietary driver but yours should show something for wireless, if it doesn't work let me know. I have seen there is a driver for your card and this should do it, if not I will find a way.

Shows my broadcam wireless lan controller. Its check as disabled. Also says not working under the name. When I try to enable it nothing happens it will go right back to disable

Ok well very weird none of my connections worked(even being hardwired in). Restarted my computer and check the status of my internet and I noticed in the list it said enable wireless and it was check marked. Toggled my wireless switch on and bam it worked! Not sure what made it start but just wanna say thanks for everyone's help!!!

Sorry I have been out for a day or so, glad to hear. That is kind of weird and the only thing I can think of is one of the things we did today fixed it but it maybe took a restart to fix it. Either way I am glad to hear.
