Well it all depends on what you intend to do with it to be honest, The newer Celerons are way way better than the old ones that everyone hated lol,So just because it's a "Celeron" don't assume its junk because they are actually quite good now.
That laptop also has 4gb of ram which is plenty....windows 7 runs very well on even just 2gb.
My main concern on that laptop...they mention it has 4gb of ram, But not how fast it is so it could be something like 533Mhz....which is slow.
also it only has a 5400 rpm hard drive....which again is okay but not all that great and will slow the system down.
What do you intend to do with the Laptop and what is your Maximum budget?
