HP Laptop G42 Unable To Start/Black Screen

Me meet a problem is i pressing the power button, the start function working properly but showing nothing in the laptop screen, i connect to the LED screen the screen become lining and cannot success to home, just stay in starting windows and keep restart.

It's fine. Have you tried Safe Mode?

As HackSpoon said, press F8 when booting up to go into safe mode. Does that let you login or bring you to the desktop?
